Our 3 Year Diamond
Blanket Protection Program covers your system and components for 3
years from the date of purchase. In addition, any labor that must be
done to your system due to an upgrade or service is also covered for
the same time period. This can help you avoid costly service repairs
or component failures; if even one thing goes wrong, this will
likely pay for the cost Diamond Protection Program.
All Upgrades at
Wholesale Cost
The most beneficial
and exclusive part of the Diamond Program is that we offer all of
your future upgrades at our wholesale cost. Because of our volume
purchasing and distribution connections, we can offer much lower
pricing to our Diamond Program members for upgrades -- savings as
much as 75% off our normal retail pricing. Through any other
manufacturer, you would have to pay full retail price for any upgrade to

Advance Replacement
Parts
In many instances, we
can diagnose a computer part as bad over the phone or remotely via
our remote technician assistance. With any of our Diamond Blanket
Protection Programs, we will send out the needed replacement part
with a return label for the bad part, so you never have any down
time or have to waste time sending your unit in for a repair. A PC
MicroWorks technician will walk you through the entire installation
process, making servicing your system easier than ever.
Priority Service
All members of the
Diamond Blanket Protection Program will receive priority placement
in our repair queue. Your system will automatically be moved ahead
of any standard warranty systems in for repair. This will help
expedite your repair process and ensure that your system is on it's
way back to you as soon as possible.
